Hello my dears!!
I hope you all had a great long weekend (if you got one). As for me, I probably gained five pounds in apple cider donuts (recipe coming this week)! No doubt in my mind they were worth every bite!
I have been wearing this dress every chance that I get right now! It has been perfect for our weather as of late and I have always loved wearing a short dress with higher boots.
The moment that I spotted this pretty ruffled piece I knew it fit my style perfectly. There is so much detail… The bounce of the ruffled skirt, the flowing fabric, the gather at the wrist creating a beautiful bell sleeve, and the gorgeous brown branch pattern throughout. A little detail goes a long way with me! Whether it be in setting a tablescape or picking a piece of clothing, the details make all of the difference.
Here, I paired it with my Tory Burch riding boots. I cannot wait to see what it looks like with some over the knee boots! And yes, I am still on the hunt for the perfect pair… I think I am close though! My boots were a gift from Michael last December so they are no longer available but I found some very similar options both here and here!
This deep plum Kate Spade bag has been one that I grab quite frequently over the last few weeks. I’m finding that the dark plum shade is practically a neutral in my Fall wardrobe! I haven’t been able to find a link to it online but I found this one that is extremely similar!
Now, let’s take a second to revel in the beauty of this simple and delicate monogrammed necklace from Marley Lilly. If you haven’t noticed by now, I love gold tones!
