Apple Spice Monkey Bread

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 cans refridgerated biscuit dough *I used the original
  • 1 1/2 cups diced apple pieces *Pealed and diced. Took me one large apple.
  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter melted
Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray bundt pan with cooking spray and set aside.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix together a 1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
  4. Separate the biscuit dough and cut into quarters.
  5. Add the biscuit quarters into the cinnamon sugar mixture and toss until each piece is evenly coated with the mixture.
  6. Begin layering your sugary dough and 1 1/2 cups of diced apple pieces into the bundt pan.
  7. In a small bowl, mix together 1 cup of packed brown sugar and 3/4 cup of melted unsalted butter. Mix until the mixture is smooth.
  8. Evenly pour the mixture over the top of the biscuit dough. Bake 35-40 minutes.
  9. Allow to cool about 5 minutes before flipping the pan over onto a serving plate.
