Ingredients
  • 4 cups seedless watermelon chunks
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/8 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/8 cup mint leaves chopped
  • himalayan sea salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Toss the watermelon chunks, blackberries, and blueberries with the lime juice and chopped mint leaves in a large bowl. Keep chilled until ready to serve and then sprinkle with a tad of Himalayan sea salt before serving.
